PRIVACY
Where your information goes next
Crossean LLC uses this notice to explain the purpose and limits of information connected with company questions, part-time interest, and Crossean Handoff Timetable. Each interaction has its own context, and SMS permission remains a separate decision.
Effective date: 2026-09-08
STATION 1
Start with the purpose of the interaction
A question about part-time work differs from a request to change a messaging preference. When relevant services are active, information may help address the specific interaction, clarify availability or task interests, and handle privacy or support requests. Details should be used in that context rather than treated as permission for unrelated communications.
STATION 2
Bring only the details that are needed
You may choose to provide a name, email, message, part-time interest, or availability. A messaging interaction may also concern your mobile number, consent, or STOP and HELP requests. Do not send government identity records, payment credentials, private third-party schedules, or sensitive task records with a general inquiry.
STATION 3
A supporting role has a limited view
Communication, hosting, security, and compliance providers may need access when performing a relevant service. Limit that access to information necessary for their task. A disclosure may also be required by law or appropriate to respond to valid legal process, protect rights, address fraud, or investigate an apparent misuse of a service.
STATION 4
No onward marketing of mobile information
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or consent for others' marketing. Only providers supporting necessary messaging delivery, hosting, security, or compliance functions may process the limited information needed for that support.
STATION 5
Change direction when you choose
For CRS messages, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. For access, correction, deletion, or another applicable privacy request, write to mahdi@crosseanllc.com. Describe what you want to change using only the necessary context. Applicable legal duties may require limited information to remain, including records needed to honor an opt-out.
STATION 6
Close the record when its purpose ends
Information should be retained only for an appropriate period based on the interaction, continuing obligations, security needs, and applicable law. When its purpose ends, deletion or de-identification may be appropriate. A minimal suppression record can remain necessary after an opt-out so that the recipient is not contacted again through the program.
STATION 7
Protect the passage between services
Reasonable safeguards should match the information and services involved, including practical access limits and suitable technical protections. These measures reduce risk but cannot ensure absolute security. If you report a suspected issue, explain the concern without sending secret credentials, identity numbers, or additional private records that are not necessary to understand it.
STATION 8
Who this route is intended for
The website and recruiting communications are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly request children's personal information. Hosting services may process ordinary page-request information for availability and security when in use; this notice does not authorize unrelated advertising tracking or sensitive profiling.
STATION 9
Check the current notice before moving on
Changes to services or practices may lead to a revised notice with an updated effective date. A change does not automatically create permission to send marketing messages. Questions may be sent to mahdi@crosseanllc.com or Crossean LLC, 7035 S 133rd St Unit B103, Seattle, WA 98178. Identify the relevant topic so the question is clear.
