Conditions along the way

These conditions apply to the website, direct part-time information and optional company SMS program.

1. STATION 1

   Understand the information before acting

   The site offers a company overview and general directions for part-time information work. A reference to a task or schedule does not promise a deliverable or completion date. Content can change and may not address an individual situation. Confirm material details directly before acting in reliance on general descriptions or examples.

2. STATION 2

   Only the company's direct part-time roles

   Crossean LLC describes its own direct part-time work, rather than placing people with unrelated employers. A direction shown here does not guarantee a current opening. Hours, scope, location arrangements, compensation, and eligibility require separate confirmation. No page, expression of interest, or inquiry promises an interview, offer, response, or employment outcome.

3. STATION 3

   Keep interest separate from commitment

   A role question is an opportunity to clarify information, not an acceptance of work or creation of an employment agreement. Share accurate details you are entitled to provide and avoid unnecessary sensitive material. Completing an interest form does not provide the express consent required for recurring marketing SMS or require you to join that program.

4. STATION 4

   Keep the route usable for others

   Use the website lawfully and respect other people's rights. Attempts to disrupt access, introduce malicious code, impersonate the company, or obtain personal information without authority are not permitted. Do not submit confidential schedules or task records belonging to others unless an appropriate arrangement exists and you have permission to share the material.

5. STATION 5

   Respect the information and its presentation

   Site text, visual material, and the arrangement of content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Ordinary reading does not transfer those rights. Do not reproduce content to suggest a false company relationship, publish misleading versions, or use the material commercially without appropriate permission. Rights belonging to third parties remain with their respective owners.

6. STATION 6

   The timetable for CRS messages

   CRS is the public SMS brand alias operated exclusively by Crossean LLC. Crossean Handoff Timetable concerns its own direct part-time opportunities and recruiting updates, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is subject to carrier and device conditions, so a particular arrival time cannot be guaranteed.

7. STATION 7

   Two choices, with a way to stop

   SMS consent is voluntary, not a condition of applying for employment, role consideration, purchasing, or services. Review and separately confirm only if you agree. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Crossean LLC does not use purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate, or third-party marketing lists; general inquiries never substitute for express consent.

8. STATION 8

   Interruptions and legal limits

   The website is available without a guarantee that access or information will always be uninterrupted, current, or error-free. Where permitted by law, Crossean LLC limits liability for loss arising from general content or service interruptions. These terms preserve any rights, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

9. STATION 9

   The final stop for questions and changes

   An updated effective date indicates revised terms as the site or company practices change. Later wording does not create a new SMS consent choice.
